We collect information you provide directly (name, email, travel preferences), information generated by your use of the app (search history, itineraries, partner matches), and device/usage data (device model, OS version, app interactions). We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the Aztrave service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to: personalise AI travel recommendations, match you with compatible travel partners, send relevant notifications (if enabled), improve app features and performance, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the app under strict confidentiality agreements, (b) travel booking partners to complete transactions you initiate, and (c) authorities where required by law. All third-party partners are contractually required to protect your data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via the app settings or by emailing [email protected]. Booking records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and financial compliance.
5. Your Rights

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), regular security audits, and access controls to protect your data. No system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password.
8. Children's Privacy
Aztrave is not directed at users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification. Continued use of Aztrave after changes constitutes acceptance.
