By downloading or using Aztrave, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Aztrave is an AI-powered travel planning mobile application available on iOS and Android. Features include AI itinerary planning, destination discovery, travel partner matching, community features, and integration with third-party booking services.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Aztrave reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse the platform for illegal purposes, post false or misleading travel information, harass other community members, scrape or reverse-engineer the app, or use automated systems to interact with the service without prior written consent.
5. Third-Party Bookings
Aztrave facilitates connections with third-party providers for flights, hotels, and experiences. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or fulfilment of third-party services. Any booking contract is between you and the relevant provider.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology within Aztrave are owned by or licensed to Aztrave, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without express written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
By posting content (reviews, photos, travel tips) on Aztrave, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the app and for promotional purposes. You retain ownership.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Aztrave is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will always be optimal for your specific circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aztrave's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aztrave, Inc. is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by local law.
